The drawback with Hepsia is the lack of root access to the server, but you will promptly appreciate the beauty of Hepsia's drag and drop File Manager as a compensation.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia CP is a typical tool only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is added free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered domains in one single account. This is feasible thanks to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager section. The other CP setups, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable solely in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 autonomous web hosting account logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain name registration/transfer/administration services. If you go for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated hosting web server, there will be no hosting Control Panel option.
Hosted Domains 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all available Control Panel devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your TLDs in one single hosting user account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP interfaces do not offer such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and this is why they necessitate TWO separate user account logins: one domain administration/billing/support account and one site administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).
Operating System 3 - you will note that the Hepsia Control Panel sustains Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to run it on your dedicated web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin Control Panel interfaces operate solely with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
